Insurance and Payments
We have contracts with many insurance plans and will be
happy to file claims on your behalf. The following is a
partial list of the insurance plans with which we
have a contract:

We also participate with most Medicare Advantage plans including Secure Horizons and Advantra. In addition we participate with many discount vision plans.
With those plans where we are not participants, we will give you all the necessary forms and statements for you to file for reimbursement directly from your insurance company.
You are responsible for all copayments, deductibles and non-covered charges on the day of the visit. With glasses or contacts you may pay half the charges on the day of the order and the balance when you receive them.
We accept most forms of payment including Cash, Checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards.
